The domain name is available, and Janet and I are going to work up a Web page Friday.
The hospital is still blowing me off. but we're going to tell Mike's story on the Web and invite other people to tell their stories of loss.
Randy Hammer came by my desk today to ask me how I'm doing and I told him how I had to leave on Monday and go see the bereavement counselor. I told him how I have this idea about forming a nonprofit that would help people pay for diagnostic tests that might save their lives and he liked the idea.
Janet and I are going to kick it off with a Web page where people can tell their stories.
It's starting to take shape now, and that's really exciting to me. Mike's death will inspire something. I'll let you know when lifeomike.org is up and running and you can tell your stories about how people die who shouldn't, and how beloved those people are.
It's a movement, like "Alice's Restaurant."
